EVENT CONSULTATION

15 min

Every experience begins with a conversation. Before anything is planned, plated, or played, it starts here, with you, your people, and what you're looking to create together.

This 15-minute video consultation is the first step toward building your experience. You'll share details about your group, the occasion, and the energy you're hoping to bring to the table. From there, I will help guide you toward the style of service that fits best, whether that's an intimate tasting menu, a generous mezze spread, or something in between.

A video call is required before any event is confirmed. For me, seeing someone face to face, even virtually, is essential to understanding who I am cooking for and ensuring the experience I create is the right fit for everyone involved.

People, food + music

No two events are the same, and I wouldn't have it any other way. Each experience is built around the people gathered and the moment being celebrated. The food is always the centerpiece, intentional, elevated, and personal to every event. But ask me what ties it all together and I'll tell you it's the music. It's the layer that makes a great meal an unforgettable night.

Let US INDULGE

Every experience starts with intention. Whether it's a multi-course tasting menu, an artfully curated mezze, or a hands-on culinary session, each offering is designed to create connection through food. These are not one-size-fits-all services, but flexible experiences shaped around the people at the table, the energy in the room, and the story you want to tell.

We begin with a consultation where I will guide you through my process and learn more about your event.

I have had the privilege of creating experiences of all shapes and sizes. From an intimate dinner for two to a backyard gathering of thirty, a larger event for fifty, or a standing cocktail reception with light fare, each one gets the same intentional approach. No two events look the same, and I would not have it any other way. Boston is home base, but I am available to travel nationally and internationally for the right experience. Through trusted partnerships with rental companies like Peak Events, I can help bring the full vision to life, not just what is on the plate.

Whatever the occasion...

The location is just the backdrop. I have cooked in home kitchens, apartments, Vrbos, and corporate spaces, and what I have found is that the setting matters far less than the energy of the people in it. Connection is everything. And music is always part of how we get there. It is the one thing I ask for at every event, whether that means I curate a personalized playlist, bring a DJ along for the night, or you take care of it yourself. Music sets the frequency, and everything else builds from there.

... I can match your energy.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Guest count is flexible. Whether it is a quiet dinner for two, a backyard gathering of thirty, or a larger event, I adapt the experience to fit the group. The size of the table changes, but the energy and intention behind it never do.

Boston is home, but the experience does not stop there. I am available to travel anywhere in the US and internationally when the vision and people align.

The consultation is where it all begins. We will talk about your group, the occasion, and the kind of experience you are looking for. From there I will help guide you toward the service and style that feels like the right fit. Think of it less like a formal meeting and more like a conversation between people who both want the same thing, a great experience. We will talk about the occasion and intention behind the gathering, memorable dishes from your childhood.

The earlier the better, especially for larger events or dates during peak seasons. I give every experience the time and attention it deserves, so securing your date early ensures we have plenty of room to plan something truly special together.

Absolutely. In addition to our first video call together, every guest receives a flavor profile survey to identify allergies, dietary restrictions, aversions, and preferences before I begin building the menu. My goal is to create an experience where everyone feels included - not like they’re skipping courses or eating an afterthought. For larger groups, any outlier responses are discussed with the host before finalizing the menu.
